If you are purchasing a custom product for the first time (or re-purchasing with new artwork), you will need to either send us your artwork or let our team of graphic designers assist you. If you already have artwork, please ensure that it is in a format that will work for us.
Please note that most custom products require a set-up fee on new artwork.
For vector graphics: .cdr, .ai, .svg, or a working file directly from wherever your artwork was created.
For images: .png, .jpg, .psd, or a working file directly from wherever your artwork was created - we require a resolution of at least 300 PPI.
Your assigned designer will let you know what is required. If your artwork does not follow these requirements, an hourly re-drawing fee may apply.

If you do not have artwork or need assistance in design, please wait patiently for one of our designers to reach out to you. After your order has been placed, a designer should reach out to you by email within 5 business days.
